A small kitchen project in Moscow for a family with a small kid.
In the process of creating this project, it was important to harmoniously blend the new area into the existing design of the apartment, which has lots of vintage pieces. Thus, the recognizable handle from the Frankfurt Kitchen, invented in 1926 by Margarete Schutte-Lihotzky, became a main decorative element of this kitchen.
Despite its small size, the kitchen turned out to be very functional. In addition to the main elements, it also contains a large recycling section and lots of extra storage. The presence of open shelves made it possible to visually lighten the kitchen and show the beautiful brickwork above. To integrate the kitchen into the space of the living room the side shelving unit appeared.
